From Quote to Pickup: How It Works

Renting a portable toilet should be the easiest part of your project. Here's exactly what happens when you book with Briony.

Step 1: The Quote

Call us or fill out our short quote form. We'll ask three things: where the unit is going, when you need it, and how long you'll keep it. Most quotes go out in under five minutes.

Step 2: Scheduling Delivery

Once you confirm, we schedule delivery — usually next-day in Fargo, or same-day if you call before 11 AM. Our dispatcher will text you a delivery window.

Step 3: Placement

Our driver places the unit on level ground with adequate overhead clearance. We'll point out the door direction (downwind is best), check that the door swings open, and walk through your weekly service schedule.

Step 4: Weekly Service

Every rental includes weekly servicing: we pump the tank, refill paper and sanitizer, deodorize, and pressure-rinse the interior. Need extra service for a high-traffic site? Just call.

Step 5: Pickup

When your job wraps up, give us a day's notice and we'll pull the unit at no extra charge. That's it.
