Trailers need a level parking surface, a standard 110V power outlet within 100 feet, and access to a fresh-water fill point. If power or water is not available on site, we can bring an included generator and freshwater tank at delivery. Delivery includes leveling, hookup to power, filling the fresh-water tank, and a walk-through of controls with your event coordinator. Most trailers are placed the day before the event so you have time to add decor, adjust interior lighting, and coordinate with your florist or planner. Pickup is typically the business day after your event.
Trailers can operate through Fargo winters with proper winterization: heated holding tanks, insulated fresh-water lines, and continuous interior heat. Confirm winter operation at booking so we can equip the trailer accordingly. Cold-weather operation adds a small utility cost but transforms outdoor winter events.
